On 30 January 2020, the World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the outbreak of the COVID-19 (2019-nCoV) to be a public health emergency of international concern. Public authorities in various countries have taken measures to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
Because of the situation we are experiencing interruption in our supply chain and difficulties with delivering ordered products on time.
Based on the declaration from WHO and the measures taken in various countries, we consider the cause of any delay to be an extraordinary situation outside Armatec’ reasonable control (force majeure).
We can assure you that Armatec do the utmost to protect colleagues, customers and suppliers.
We continue to monitor the situation closely, and we are working very hard on mitigating any impacts of the measures taken due to the COVID-19 on your order. We are constantly monitoring the situation to find alternative solutions to limit any impact, which the situation might have on our usual service level and our ability to meet market demands.
We will keep you updated and revert to you, when we have further information. If this raises any questions or concerns, you are welcome to contact us any time.
We are truly sorry about the situation and any inconvenience this might cause, and we thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Armatec AS
