On 4th of May, Armatec Sweden will be changing their enterprise resource planning system, which may have an impact on you as a customer. Take note of important dates below so you can plan your upcoming orders.
It should be easy to do business with Armatec, which is why Armatec Sweden are changing their ERP-system, so that you more easily can shop and follow up on your orders. The update takes place within sales, logistics and financial systems and will therefore contribute to a more flexible and efficient way of working through all parts of the organization. This will also result in faster replies to requests and simplified processes for quotes and returns.
The new business system will be launched on Monday 4th of May, 2020. To enable the transition, the current system will be shut down for a few days. This means that they will not be able to process orders or control deliveries during this period. The maintenance lasts from Wednesday 29th of April at 17.00 CET to Monday 4th of May at 08.00 CET.
We’ll be working hard for the quickest, smoothest transition possible. However delays can emerge despite careful preparations. To be on the safe side, we kindly ask you to plan your orders betimes the end of April. We will of course keep you updated in case of delays.
